RETURNS + REFUNDS

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date it was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with tags, if applicable.
For in-store returns you must have proof of purchase/receipt.
Refunds are dispersed via the original payment method or via credit to Cider Press Market (at store's discretion).
NOTE: Cider Press Market reserves the right to alter refund + exchange policies without notice.

In the rare chance you receive an item/items that are damaged or defective, you must notify Cider Press Market via email (email@example.com) or via our website chat feature within THREE days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Once we initiate a refund the time frame for you to receive the funds is entirely dependent on your credit card company's or bank's processing times usually a few days.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection of the good(s). Please allow up to three business days for inspection and communication once we have received your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via original method of payment.
Receiving the return credit is dependent upon your card issuer's policies and is out of the control of Cider Press Market, LLC. In most cases, this takes a few days.
APPAREL + ACCESSORY EXCHANGES:
If you need a different size in a piece of clothing, no problem (as long as it is in stock of course)! Return your item to the address provided by Cider Press Market and let us know which size you would like. Please note the customer is responsible for shipping. Aside from exchanging items or damaged products, apparel and accessories are non-returnable.
HOME GOODS + GIFTS:
Unless damaged, these items are non-returnable. Please take note of any dimensions before ordering.

Unless damaged, these items are non-returnable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
Customers are responsible for paying for return/exchange shipping costs for any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
